The best feature of it is the free tuningparts, which you can sell over and over again (buy selling and closing the game via taskmanager) to grind money for cars. Grin (yt-videos better explain it.)

Grats for 15 years 10secondrides. Thumb Up ...regarding DeLuxe-Ed from NFS15, i got it for free throughout Origin-Access. Activated the free-month, took the DeLuxe-upgrade and canceled Origin-access. It worked that i could keep it. Wink Maybe still works

18-11-2017 10:31
Congrats for having this site alive for 15 years Smile

18-11-2017 10:31
like when you race against magnus, because he is very fast in his porsche and might just dust you of while using full blast drift tuning. but who knows you might get lucky lol

18-11-2017 10:30
lol, you always were tending to go sideways more then i do so i get it that you favor full drift settings. however later on in the game you will need to find a balance between speed and balance

18-11-2017 07:57
nfs15 is a drifting game all day long, lots of fun. set your handling settings all the way to drift and enjoy. I'm doing much better since I change to full drift. Thumb Up

18-11-2017 05:42
On a side note, I want to mention this website has been here for 15 years. Grin

18-11-2017 05:13
I found the Deluxe Upgrade Pack for $10 but I went through it and read what you get, it doesn't seem worth $10. lol I'ma hold off for now and enjoy the standard version. Smile

17-11-2017 08:08
in any case im happy you can finally enjoy this game now Grin

17-11-2017 07:24
in case you havent found that yet either Smile under performance settings in ya HQ you go all the way down to find manual/ auto gear shifting

Case Mod

I did a modification to my case and wanted to show a few pictures of before and after.
The middle drive bay is suppose to be removable but in fact only the back part of the
cage is removable with screws, the front part is riveted.

IMG_01: Shows the middle rack installed. The green arrows point to the screws holding the cage in.

IMG_02: Shows the back part of the cage removed. The red arrows point to the rivets in the front cage.
CM should have used screws on the front. I can still put it back in if needed with standard component screws.

IMG_03 and IMG_04: Shows my case with the front part of the cage removed maximizing airflow through the case.

IMG_05: Is full view of my new build and you can see how much better airflow will be with the middle rack removed.
Nice airflow across the motherboard and video card.

I also changed the 2x120mm front case fans to blue led's, it came with red.
I added 2x120mm top exhaust fans, they're blue as well. Should look cool. lol

Note:
IMG_01 and IMG_02 are not my case I used them to show what the case looked like before I modified mine.

She's up and running awesome!!

Was just getting ready to fire up the new build for the first time, took the new monitor out of the box set it on the table and noticed 2 slices across the screen. Angry

Newegg was great about the refund. I'm doing a refund because the exchange process takes a while and I wouldn't have my monitor for weeks. So I set it up as a refund and will order a new one now and when the refund process finishes I will be credited.

Thanks nooby it's running fantastic!! Here's a crappy picture I took with my cell phone showing my main tab in the BIOS. lol I had to turn off auto tweak because it automatically overclocked my cpu to 4.4ghz, lol it will go to 4.6ghz automatically. Prolly will go even higher manually but I turned it off so it's running stock speed now. hahaha 4.0ghz should be more than enough. Grin

Did a cpu heat test to see - how hot she got! lol min. temps 41c-45c. max temps 54c-58c.
tjmax never went over 70. these are my results after rendering, done in svp, cpu at full load for 1h22m. Results

edit:

I should have had TechPowerUp GPU-Z on as well. Angry
will run it next time... Sad

edit:

I re-ran this test but this time I opened realtemp before starting rendering so my idle temps went down.
also had gpu-z on, max. temps went up a little I think do to having 3 programs open along with photoshop cs6.
this render took 45m. - min. temps 28c-31c - max. temps 54c-60c. tjmax never went over 70.

In the very near future I'm going to put one of these Gelid Solutions FC-LC-01 SpeedTouch6 Controller, Panel in so I can monitor and control my 2 front and 2 top case fans. Currently I have them connected directly to the psu and have no control over them which sux. It also comes with 4 sensor strips that mount to my motherboard and gives temperature read outs which is pretty nice. I may even swap out my 40cfm fans for 95cfm Cooler Master JetFlo but I'm not sure about that just yet.

(lol - my dad told me to type this - looking over my shoulder)

Your Asus MB specs say it supports: 5 x 4-pin PWM fan headers.

So why have you not used them all.

You can cook on mine.
